**Responsibilities**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, advertisers, and partners.**:

- Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions to meet their business goals
- **Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue for the business magazine.**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
- **Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.**:

- Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for maximizing advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- **Create compelling and customized proposals for clients, showcasing the value of advertising and sponsorship opportunities within the magazine.**:

- Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to develop creative and effective proposals.
- **Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.**:

- Manage the contract process, including drafting, review, and execution.
- Networking and Industry Engagement:

- **Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the magazine and establish new business connections.**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- **Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.**:

- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to enhance overall business development strategies.
- **Collaborate with the editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and deliverables.**:

- Communicate client feedback and needs to internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the media or publishing industry.
- **Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.**:

- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Familiarity with advertising and sponsorship models in the publishing industry.**:

- Possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
