**Minimum Qualification**:

- Graduate in a clinical or life-science related field

**Experience**:
**Clinical Trainer**
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in clinical research at Senior CRA (or equivalent level) or above and/or as trainer in clinical services of any pharmaceutical / clinical research organization
- An understanding of clinical research processes and terminology will be beneficial
- Experience in delivery of training using effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Excellent presentation skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings
- Experience in using digital learning development tools is desirable, e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, Camtasia
- English language proficiency is a must and proficiency in any other Asian Language will be added advantage

**Manager, Clinical L&D (In addition to Clinical Trainer requirements)**
- Minimum 2 years in delivering training in Clinical Services / Operations in Pharmaceutical / Clinical Research Organization
- L&D certification is highly regarded
- Excellent networking, motivational and delegation skills

**Senior Manager, Clinical L&D (In addition to Clinical Trainer requirements)**
- Minimum 4 years in delivering training in Clinical Services / Operations in Pharmaceutical / Clinical Research Organization
- People management experience will be an added advantage
- L&D certification is highly regarded
- Excellent networking, motivational and delegation skills

**Responsibilities - Clinical Trainer**
- Deliver end user training using evidence-based approaches
- Provide input to the ongoing development and maintenance of Novotech' s innovative training programs and modules for all roles within Clinical Services
- Review operational policies, procedures, feedback to assess the need for refresher learning
- Provide support to NHH users by answering questions and including reinforcement work sessions, departmental meetings, and on-the-job refresher trainings
- Actively participate in process improvement by collaborating with relevant stakeholders including clinical services and quality assurance to address gaps in clinical operations staff competency and career development.
- Keeping appraised of relevant updates in Novotech' s clinical operations Standard Operating Procedures, trends in audits/inspection observations, clinical research practices and learning & development practices to continually build knowledge and know-how
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the L&D Department and wider organization
- Use analytics to recommend non-training solutions, e.g., process improvements,
- Coordinate required training logistics including scheduling of training sessions and booking an appropriate venue if needed.
- Act as a Curriculum Coordinator and be responsible to delivery including schedule management as well as content review and updating on a periodic basis
- Understand company processes in relevant areas and be quality minded in performance of duties. Adhere to NHH policies and guidelines as appropriate.
- Understand the responsibilities of NHH as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure all communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company

**Responsibilities - Manager, Clinical L&D**

In addition to the responsibilities as mentioned above for clinical trainer role
- Project manage the learning lifecycle for clinical training to achieve business and L&D metrics, e.g., analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Design and develop learning solutions, e.g., manuals, Quick Reference Guides, videos, FAQs, and assessments for each of the clinical L&D courses
- Participate in business and clinical services meetings to assess user adoption and feedback, gather future requirements for training modifications, and provide status on competency, adoption, and utilization rates of existing training materials
- Bring an end-user centric mindset to the design and development of the clinical learning experience. This includes planning and measuring the end-user experience with early program prototypes.
- Maintain the Curriculum and Course Map for entire clinical services
- Maintain the Clinical L&D Share Point and ensure it is up to date with assistance from Clinical Trainer
- Onboard and mentor Clinical Trainers in Clinical L&D
- Collaborate with L&D Community to bring in comprehensive approach to developing technical and non-technical performance
- Evaluate learning outcomes

**Responsibilities - Senior Manager, Clinical L&D**

In addition to the responsibilities as mentioned above for Clinical Trainer and Manager Clinical L&D
- Work collaboratively with the Quality QC Manager and Novotech QA to ensure any NCRs and CAPAs are investigated, any gaps in knowledge are identified, and appropriate learning is developed and shared across relevant Clinical Services team to avoid repetition of root causes.
