**Responsibilities**
**1. Talent Acquisition**
Assist in interview coordination and scheduling for face to face and virtual sessions with the Hiring Managers
2. **Employee Engagement**
Track attendance for all employee engagement activities
Update employee engagement monthly and quarterly calendars,
First preparer for all communications and posters for employee engagement activities inclusive of pre and post events announcements and recap, HR newsletter, develop posters for public holidays and long service awards based on individual creativity
Assist HR team in taking photos and videos for all department and company events for record and future use
3. **Learning & Development**
Responsible to keep track of training attendance for all in-house trainings and update the training tracker on a daily basis
Create the poster & comms for training calendar invitation
Send training calendar invitations and follow up with participants prior to the training dates
Send training evaluation feedback right after training ends for evaluation purposes
Liaise with the trainer before and after the training is conducted
Work with the admin team for training room coordination by ensuring tables & chairs are arranged as required by the trainer
Ensure e-Certificates are sent out after in-house training
Ensure photos are taken throughout the training and a group photo after each training session ends and save it in shared folder for record purposes
**Ad hoc HR task**
Administrative job including drafting HR letters based on the information and template shared by HR team
Preparing the letter of appointment & arranging appointment with BA panel hospital/clinic Any other HR task assigned by the team
**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management, Human Resources, Language, or relevant Degrees.
Proficient in writing and communicating in English & Malay.
**Required skill(s)**: Good coordination skills, project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
