**JOB PURPOSE**:
A part of the Executive Human Resource job would involve overseeing the performance appraisal process, learning and development and industrial relation/ employee relation. To become successful in this role, the Executive, Human Resource requires familiarity with the KPI, learning and development process.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Performance Management**
- Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions.
- Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
- Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).
- Collect and analyse performance appraisal results across functions.

**Learning & Development**
- Plan, develop and implement Learning & Development strategies.
- Responsible for the learning and development budget, SOP, Training Needs Analysis and Training Evaluation / post training.
- Reviewing training proposal, identifying, organizing, and delivering training programs.
- Managing Internal and External Training for all employees and coordinate the Training Needs Analysis.
- Overseeing company’s HRDF training grant claims and submission.

**Industrial Relations and Employee Relations**
- Assisting in implementation of procedures in respect of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in promoting harmonious working relationship.
- Ensure compliance with the internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Management of staff discipline, misconducts and general staff issues.
- Liaison with Legal Department, and any other related government body.

**Employee Engagement**
- Developed, updating and maintaining Human Resources Procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and Company’s Policies.
- Assisting in developing and implements employee engagement programs and initiatives strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction such as annual dinner, family day, social function and other human relation activities and events to ensure harmonious working environment and relationship.
- Acts as an ambassador to new employees. Plans streamlined and welcoming onboarding processes and aids facilitation of orientation. Strategizes and implements onboarding components (e.g., in-person and virtual).

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 4 years (required)
