Your new job includes
- provide commercial Human Resources advice to the Management Team and other stakeholders to facilitate and drive processes relating to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee relations matters, organisational structure, and Trade Union case management, as required.
- manage business risks through leadership and support by providing sound commercial Employee Relations advice, grievance resolution, performance counselling and formal performance management sessions, as required and in compliance with Local and statutory requirements.
- act as trusted adviser and work in collaboration with Leaders to identify talent, develop our future Leaders in the business, and ensure that both people and business initiatives and strategies are aligned.
- proactively manage projects from end to end in order to create efficiencies and new ways of working in our business, to include digitalisation of our processes and system integrations, as well as to support Regional and Global implementations.
- Initiate in creating and executing local Learning and Development initiatives in our business to build competence and drive accountability, and partner with other stakeholders to contextualise Global and Regional Learning and Development initiatives to adapt to local requirements.
- Actively work with key stakeholders in the business to drive, enable and embed Regional, Global and Local Human Resources strategies and initiatives, overseeing budget planning and expense management in compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Human Resources with solid Human Resources Generalist knowledge, particularly in the facets of Employee Relations and local labour laws as well as proven experience within the Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industry, preferably in an MNC environment.
- excellent command of the English language, and ideally, a proficiency in an additional language.
- proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SuccessFactors and other Human Resources Information Systems.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- demonstrated leadership capabilities with an ability to deliver strategic and operational advice to support leaders on a wide range of Human Resources and Employee Relations matters.
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
