Human Resource Manager

**Responsibility**:
- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Setting objectives for the Human Resource include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and you will also help shape our employer brand strategy.
- To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with Human Resource technology, including payroll systems. Maintain Human Resource procedures that comply with labor regulations. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 15 years of proven work experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- MSc degree in Human Resource or relevant certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilitiesoLeadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software including payroll systems is an added advantage
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
