Human Resource General Manager

**Leadership in Strategy**
- Provides professional high level human resource advice to the Director General and the Executives.
- Takes charge of strategic leadership to deliver a quality, customer-focused, timely, and cost-effective human resource management service.
- Ensures compliance with statutory obligations in strategic resource management for the Department.
**Strategic Planning**
- Actively participates in strategic planning and operational plans to execute the Department's objectives.
- Guarantees the achievement of organizational aims and human resources objectives in alignment with the Branch's Operational Plan and the Department's Strategic Plan, adhering to relevant legislation and Public Sector policies and standards.
**Engagement with Stakeholders**
- Represents the Department in forums, tribunals, and negotiations with stakeholders, including central agencies and union representatives.
**Enhancing Business Practices**
- Develops suitable human resource policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Department, delivering presentations to Corporate Executive and departmental staff.
- Plans, oversees, and consistently improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Resources Branch.
**People Development and Cultural Integration**
- Actively engages in DMIRS human resource advisory committees.
- Leads multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the availability of appropriate skills and expertise within the Branch for optimal performance and staff multi-skilling in line with the workforce plan.
- Provides high-level advice to management for cultivating a high-performing workforce within a supportive and evolving work environment.
**Job Requirements**
- Skill Counseling, Coaching, Managing, HR, ESH, General Administrative skills, Technical-SAP, HRMS would be an added advantage
- Has minimum 7 years in a managerial position
- Lowest qualification: Degree
Pay: From RM18,000.00 per month
