Ensure thorough verification of all documentation, including the forms and offer letters, prior to obtaining HOD approval.
- Verify all HR Requestion for Payment Approval to Finance / General Manager/ Managing Director.
- Checking PBT License on KDN Register.
- Prepare & Register Branch in SSM System.
- Prepare & Register Branch in MOF System.
- Checking JTK Documentation Checklist Prepare by HR Executive before Submission.
- Verify Requirement for New Staff.
- Verify Personal File for all Staff.
- Provide Training and orientation for New Staff.
- Organizational structure and space planning.
- Design, plan and develop Performance management.
- Manage HR regulatory compliance and reporting.
- HR Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relationship management & hostel management.
- Company-employee communication.
- Compensation and benefits management.
- Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education.
- New employee probational admin & management.
- Administer company overall salary structure.
- Attend weekly operation / Management meeting on behalf of HR.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve the employee engagement and report to management for improvement.
- Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
