We are looking for an enthusiastic **Human Resources Manage**r to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. He or she has ultimate responsibility for all people-based activity from an organizational and strategic perspective.
HR manager help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and build strategic talent resources plans
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR function and strategy including payroll, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, employee welfare, training management and other HR-related matters.
- Regularly review manpower planning requirements with business lead to ensure the business is adequately resourced to the business plan.
- Understand the business needs and provide HR solutions accordingly.
- Responsible to update & keep records on staff salary package, welfare, wellness
and health.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the
government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, and LHDN.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process; collaborates with departmental
managers to understand skills and competencies required.
- Identifies gaps in skills and competencies, identifies main training needs and
prepares the training plan for the entire organization.
- Manage employee discipline, grievances, and counseling on work-related
problems issue and provide appropriate actions.
- To evaluate or review of employees’ performance during probationary period or
yearly performance appraisal.
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks/project pertaining to Human Resources and
Administrative duties as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in property and construction field are preferred.
- Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Labour Act, other HR practices and legislation.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
- Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Working Location: IMG Headquarters, Desa Pandan, Kuala Lumpur.
- Salary range: RM4,000 - RM6,500
