Job Description

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving talent development initiatives across Asia, with a focus on training and development programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in training and development. They will be able to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization, as well as evaluate the effectiveness of these programs.

The role also involves compiling and evaluating data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes. This information will be used to make informed recommendations for future training requirements.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resources Manager will be required to coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data related to employee performance, training needs, and development outcomes.
  • Induction and Onboarding: Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
