- Work in close partnership with the respective department HOD to develop and implement HR practices and strategies to support business expansion;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business direction;
- Develop and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Periodically reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Develop learning and career development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- To counsel and advise line managers and employees on HR related issues.
- Continuously monitor all staff and provide feedback to the Management on all HR related issues.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- To assist in review, revise and amending the Employee Handbook and other HR documents and policies
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed.
- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of five (8) years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.
