**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting with Overall Planning and Project Management of all the strategic Development.
- Coordinate and execute planned marketing and sales activities/campaigns to create market awareness and achieve project business plan goals.
- Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals, campaigns, advertising materials in digital/physical such as Videos, brochures, banners etc.
- Assist in Preparation on presentations, proposals, and sales materials such as terms and condition for contracts management and agreements to maximize profit.
- Need to collaborate with external parties/vendors for marketing/advertising related services/matters and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- To Identify Market Success by researching industry trends and competitor environment, products and services, pricing.
- To identify customer needs and requirements and to clearly communicate to the project management team to deliver the requirements in the education sector.
- To provide accurate forecast marketing report, proposal and suggestion for improvement to Superior/ Director on weekly and monthly basis.
- To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally, perform all marketing work.
- To meet company and department KPI you need to demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, Pricing Negotiation and time management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm about brick toy and art.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese is a bonus.
- Proven experience in Marketing and, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well with colleagues, other employees, vendors, clients.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
