**Overview**:
**Salary**:

Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors)- Key Role- To achieve the targeted sales budget, debtors collection.

Key Responsibility- To achieve sales budgets through active sales and marketing activities.
- To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long-term business relationship with existing and potential customer.
- To assist Sales Section Head and Department Head in deciding product pricing and sales forecast by providing industry and market information.
- To ensure timeliness and accurate sales and marketing information for Material Control and Production department.
- To renew and maintain customer information.
- To provide customers’ feedback and information to R&D and related departments for service and production improvement.
- To process orders by liaison with the customers, negotiating and finalizing the deal in accordance with Oil’s production capacity and capability.
- To review the production and delivery schedule to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
- To liaise with department heads for enhancing interdepartmental activities.
- To co-ordinate with material control and production representatives for inventory (Raw materials/ Finished Goods) management and Production planning.
- To manage and track orders by liaison with various departments, including Material Control and production department.
- To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc and decide on follow up action.
- To assist in planning for finished goods stock level and physical inventory.
- To ensure optimal bill collection and debtor turnover period by establishing collection activities, deciding credit terms, pursing payment from customers and verifying letter of credit, etc.
- To perform and commit to other duties and activities assigned by Section Head and Department Head, if necessary.
- To ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the company.

- Education Background : Bachelor Degree in any related field- Require Skill:

- 4. Reasonable understanding on sales and shipping activities and documentations.**Skills**:
