As Administrative Assistant, you will fully support the finance and administrative functions to the entities.
- Preparation of invoices and delivery orders.
- Handle payments and invoicing details to clients.
- Keeping track of supplier invoices and payments.
- Ensure invoicing details are accurately maintained in the system.
- Ensure payment of suppliers are accurately maintained in the system.
- Maintain petty cash records and reconciliation in accordance to standards.
- Ensure office and kitchen is kept neat and tidy and to ensure office supplies are sufficient.
- Handle customers’ enquiries as and when required.
- Supporting the Sales department with any administrative duties.
