Billing Invoice Assistant

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Finance, Accounting, Administration or any relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledgeable in PRONTO software will be appreciated.
- Proven at least 2-3 years as billing assistant or general accounting experience.
- Great customer service skills to work closely with various customers.
- Excellent communication and good organizational skills.
- Require Mandarin speaker and female.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage account balances and generate reports for outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final statements.
- Work closely with customers for outstanding payments.
- Issue invoices/final statements periodically or whenever necessary.
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned by Superior or Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
