Implement mandatory routine inspections in conformance to Standard Operating Procedures and reliability governance.

Lead emergency (unscheduled) repairs or troubleshooting of facilities equipment, and close monitoring on facilities system performance, critical parameters and loading.

Facilitate and administer reliability improvement projects including isolation and Testing and Commissioning, and other experimental simulations.

Interface directly with clients to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications to guide the solution process

Risk Management
Implement risk assessment which identifies operational risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.

Lead Work in Progress Review Board (WPRB) forum for comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation plan review.

Profitability and Savings Initiatives
Drive initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.

Energy Conservation and Innovation
Support initiatives and strategies for energy conservation with feasibility assessment, cost, optimization, and engineering analyses.

Customer Service and Client Relationships
Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user. Lead by example in achieving maximum client satisfaction level.

Reporting
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure and other imperative updates.

Training
Work closely with the JLL Management team to devise new and innovative methods of learning built around skill development, leadership and succession planning.

Leadership
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence.

Coach the team ensuring high staff morale, trust and work ethics.

**Sound like you? To apply, you need to be**:
At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on working experience as LV Chargeman in facilities electrical equipment i.e. Distribution Boards, BusBar, Single Line Diagrams, generatorsand others devices with troubleshooting and repairs.

Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines, including work irregular hours and occasional travel if any urgent support.

Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.

Good written and oral communication skills.Able to work on 12 hours shifts

Chargeman from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
