**Job Summary**

As a GDC Agent, your main job is to provide top-notch customer support for the company's products and services. You'll use your knowledge to simplify complex issues and make sure customers have a positive experience. Your role includes solving problems, making quick decisions, and handling escalated cases, all while implementing changes efficiently.

**Requirement**
- Opens for Local Mandarin Speaker (having knowledge in Mandarin speaking and writing)
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of commonly used social media platforms.
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends (Required to work as rotational shift for following 24/7h).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers who may be frustrated or upset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Min 1 year of customer services experiences
- Speak write and read fluently in Mandarin, or Cantonese
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers who may be frustrated or upset.

**Salary**: RM4,100.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
