About the Role
We are offering 6 months internship to be associated with Swift APAC Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
As a TA intern, you will be given opportunity to learn end to end hiring process. You also will get opportunity to learn vendor management, stakeholder management, university engagement, employer branding etc. And the learning opportunity doesn’t limit to TA function but also opportunity to learn end to end HR function from world-class HR practitioners.
What to expect:
- You will partner recruiters in the hiring process. Ex: Initiating background screening for new hires; offer letter generation; preparing one-time payments for new hires; new hire’s profile creation; initiating visa process for non-local hires.- You will recruit interns for HR and other business functions.- You will partner recruiters in employer branding as well as university engagement.- You will prepare weekly reports. Ex: pre-employment background check- You will assist recruiters in employee referral program announcement.

- Preferred internship seeker currently pursuing under grade or post grade degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Communication. Students from other field of studies too encouraged to apply.- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.- Demonstrate attention to detail.- Enjoy learning new things.- Enjoy working in a team.
