User Experience Lead, Insurance

**Role Overview**
As the User Experience (UX) Lead for the insurance sector, you will be responsible for shaping the digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction within the insurance products and services. You will lead a team of UX professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the strategic vision for delivering user-centric and innovative solutions in the insurance domain.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and communicate a strategic UX vision specifically tailored for insurance products and services.
- Align UX strategy with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, researchers, and other relevant roles within the insurance domain.
- Conduct user research to understand the unique needs, expectations, and pain points of insurance customers.
- Utilize market research and data-driven insights to inform UX decisions.
- Develop comprehensive customer journey maps for insurance processes, from policy purchase to claims handling.
- Identify opportunities for improving user experiences throughout the insurance lifecycle.
- Ensure that all UX designs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the insurance industry.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory considerations.
- Oversee the creation of interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing for insurance-related digital experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design, with a focus on insurance products and services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX projects in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, processes, and customer expectations.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
