Insurance Administrator

We are SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Technology Solutions based in Selangor.
As we expand our operations, we seek a highly skilled Insurance Administrator to support our clients with exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Email servicing and general inquiries support for the Insurance team in Singapore
- Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based systems
- FOLLOW UP ON NEW LEADS TO SECURE NEW CLIENTELE
- Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Monthly renewal lists for SG team to call and follow up
- Administer insurance documentation to ensure completeness
Requirements
- Minimum O'Levels/SPM and above
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/ComGi/PGI) is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance administration
- Telemarketing background preferred with cold-call experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong initiative and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and goal-oriented
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Remuneration
Basic monthly salary: RM 2700
