As we expand our operations, we seek a highly skilled Insurance Administrator to support our clients with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  1. Email servicing and general inquiries support for the Insurance team in Singapore
  2. Data entry of prospective customers into cloud-based systems
  3. FOLLOW UP ON NEW LEADS TO SECURE NEW CLIENTELE
  4. Generate quotes from insurers to support dealers
  5. Prepare daily sales reports
  6. Monthly renewal lists for SG team to call and follow up
  7. Administer insurance documentation to ensure completeness

Requirements

  • Minimum O'Levels/SPM and above
  • Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/ComGi/PGI) is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance administration
  • Telemarketing background preferred with cold-call experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong initiative and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and goal-oriented
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Remuneration

Basic monthly salary: RM 2700
