1. Assist the Engineering department with entering data into our ERP System.

2. Provide full admin support to the team and department.

3. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.

4. Maintain a proper and user-friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents.

5. Support the officers in daily admin roles such as reviewing documents, photocopying, filing and updating data.

6. Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals.

7. Create and maintain useful databases for the department.

8. Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Dept. 9. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.

10. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

11. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,400.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
