**JOB SUMMARY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
To perform the following duties:
- Assess claims based on documents / reports that support the loss i.e. police report, adjuster
- report, sketch plan etc.
- Conduct negotiation with repairer / insured and attend court when necessary (for contentious
- claims).
- Provide repair approval to repairer / insured.
- Attend to claims query from customers, TP, agents, brokers, branches, repairers etc.
