Settlement of Motor Own Damage Claims (Review Claim Documents, Damage Assessmnet and Make Settlement offer for an Own Damage Claims)

Key responsibilities
- To review of Motor policy liability.
- Attend to claims enquiry from policyholder, agents and branch office.
- To obtain necessary claims documents for claim processing
- To assess vehicle damages based on documents / reports that support claims
- To Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
- To offer settlement to workshop & insured

Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Automotive field
- Preferably 3 years of experience in related field
- Strong skills in Automotive Assessment
- Ability to adapt and learn fast, diligent and trustworthy
- Computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel
- Strong communication skill
