**The Role**:

- To assess, manage and process all classes of Non-Motor claims within your authority limit.
- To attend queries and advising claims procedures to agents, brokers and insured.
- To improve claims services to foster better relationship with external and internal customers.
- Attending queries from agents, brokers and insurer
- Advising claims procedures to agents and insured
- Attend to daily mails
- Attend to walk in customer
- Supervise and train subordinates on claims skill and claims administration
- Provide technical and operation support to branches
- To adhere to AMLA provisions and all other applicable policies and compliance matters concerning GEGM and the Great Eastern Group and be vigilant to uphold these
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other responsibilities entailed

**The Person**:

- Degree in any field
- Good command of English language[both spoken and written]
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
