**Essential Skills and Credentials: Qualifications**

- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with professionalism.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Genuine passion for the customer service industry and a positive attitude towards the crypto industry.
- Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency is highly desirable
