**Customer Service Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Bilingual support in English and Mandarin, - be able to speak, write and read.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
- 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
- Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
- Call center experience preferrable.
- Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
- Restaurant industry familiarity preferrable.
- Possess minimum Diploma/ Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent certificate in any field; and possibly considerably with at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holder with relevant work experience in a Contact Centre environment or CS experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
