**ORGANIZATION & MANAGEMENT**
- Ensure compliance to the termed Vision & Mission statements, goals, objectives and values in keeping with the scope of the PCI Services.

**HUMAN RESOURCE & DEVELOPMENT**
- Responsible to teach, guide and supervise hospital staff on matter related to infection control measures in the clinical practice according to the predetermined set of objectives.

**POLICIES & PROCEDURES**
- Formulate. enforce. revise and evaluate guidelines/policies of PCI regularly and ensure it is accessible to all staff.

**FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT**
- Ensure adequate and proper utilization of space and equipment for patient management and staff.

**SAFETY & QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES**
- Surveillance and Audit

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE SPECIFIC AREAS**

- Identify the extent and complexity of decision making required and the impact on the organization.

**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENT**
- Registered nurse with at least 5 years current post registration experience and diversity in clinical experience and teaching.
- Evidence of having attended/ successfully participated in course related to Core elements of Infection Control, clinical microbiology and Infectious Disease.
- Able to write and communicate fluently in BM and English Language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
