Develop core Human Resources Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, and other relevant communications tools to facilitate employee communication and knowledge.
- Work closely with management team to provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Enforce discipline and motivate workers to create a safe and productive work force. - Manage & coordinate staff training and development programs.
- Oversee the payroll processing for both permanent and contract employees'. Establish a remuneration and welfare system inline with current market practices to meet objectives for good employee retention and motivated work force.
- Responsible to meet all statutory requirements pertaining to employment act, labor act, personal data protection and other Malaysia regulations pertaining to employment.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically.

**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
