Strategic HR planning: identify & address current & future HR needs to support organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment & selection process. Develop & implement effective training program. Retain talents.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, promoting a positive environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design & implementation of competitive & equitable compensation & benefits programs. Stay informed about industry trends & best practices.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, support employees career development & succession planning.
- Administrative Oversights: Ensure smooth coordination & management of administration tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in HR, labor relations, organizational development, business & relevant HR & Admin work experience may be a substitute.
- At least **3 year(s) of working experience in the related field **is required for this position.
- Overall know-how and experience in the establishment of an HR management system.
- Knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Good Communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving / judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different departments.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
