Job description
- To support the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and Administration function and report directly to HR Manager.
- Handling all building and office administration.
- Liaise with government agencies on labor and Industrial compliance.
- Handling foreign workers (KDN, Immigration, MyEG, Fomema, Hostel & Facility in hostel.
- To assist all relevant HR letters or documents to government bodies such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, Immigration in order and efficient.
- Assist in handling employee relation issues which include show cause, domestic inquiry, employee counseling and misconduct investigation.
- Arranges and distribution employee relation issues letter.
- Assist to bring workers to bank, clinic, government department when required.
- To assist to courier document to Pos office.
- To do monthly hostel audit.
- Assist other department such as Purchasing/ Finance department to collect shipping important, bank guarantee & etc.
- Coordinate with TNB, SAJ, Indah Water, MPKu when there is dispute on payment or technical issue.
- Maintain company vehicle in good condition.
- To assist in various work coordination, general admin works and documentation.
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks if required.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality in performing tasks given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
