**Logistic**:

- Coordinate and ensure proper loading and unloading of all trucks
- Schedule inbound deliveries by coordinating with Purchasing.
- Ensure that Transfer Sheets and PO receipts are completed and verified in a timely manner
- Manage and functions related to receiving incoming goods and package, inspect, rejects, record shortage and approves loads as per Company’s Policy
- Collaborate with sales team, scheduling and production to achieve the Company’s key customer metric of On-Time Delivery and maintain accuracy of customer shipments and RMAs
- Examine and analyze delivery cost, goods installation cost, manpower cost and propose and implement upon approval by Management
- Work with retail team for ad hoc or schedule inventory check to ensure stock accuracy at their retails stores
- Schedules maintenance of company-owned vehicles
- Assures department staffs are adequately trained, assesses the performance and disciplinary action for employees in accordance with company policies

**Warehouse**:

- Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for delivery
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
- Communicating with costomers to answer deliveries and receiving questions and respond to complaint
- Monitoring inventory and deliveries transactions for accuracy
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
- Responsible for verifying that all orders are accurate prior shipping/delivery and keeping detailed records of warehouse operations and to meet other department staff within the company when necessary
- First point of contact for local site operational escalating involving transportation, warehousing, brokerage operations and packaging, and crating resolution
- Interact and communicate with all levels of leadership, internally and externally (customer & vendors)
- Collaborates and coordinate with peers to meet or exceed all KPIs, goals and objectives
- Accountable and compliance to government classification & regulatory licensing requirements
- Accountable for a minimum of once a year stock count for warehouse goods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
