Role Overview: The TikTok E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's e-commerce operations strategy on the TikTok platform, driving sales growth and brand exposure, and improving user conversion rates and shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy Planning:
Develop TikTok e-commerce strategies, including marketing strategies, product pricing, and promotional activities.

Analyze market trends and competitors to formulate response strategies.

Content Planning and Publishing:
Plan and create content that resonates with TikTok users, including videos, graphics, and text.

Manage TikTok accounts, regularly update content, and increase brand awareness and user engagement.

Community Management:
Manage TikTok communities, interact with fans, respond to comments and messages.

Build customer relationships to enhance loyalty and reputation.

Data Analysis and Optimization:
Collect and analyze TikTok e-commerce data, including user behavior and sales data.

Optimize operational strategies based on data to improve sales conversion rates and ROI.

Partnerships and Promotion:
Identify and collaborate with partners for cross-border cooperation and promotional activities to expand brand influence.

Participate in offline events and promotions to increase brand exposure.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or related e-commerce fields.

3+ years of experience in TikTok e-commerce operations or digital marketing.

Familiarity with TikTok platform operating rules and algorithms, possessing strong creative and execution capabilities.

Ability to analyze data and formulate strategies, adjusting operational strategies based on data insights.

Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with a high level of execution and resilience.
