- Ability to architect and develop robust and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Experience and understanding of automation principles and frameworks.
- Able to be responsible for delivery across all automation projects.
- Experience working collaboratively in complex environments with business stakeholders, vendors and

Subject Matter Experts.
- Good understanding of business processes and the technical architecture of the solutions.
- Design experience for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (desirable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather

requirements for process automation.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools, such as
- Mandatory skill - UiPath
- Nice to have skill - Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Build and maintain efficient and scalable automation workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing
- Test and debug automation solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free from

errors or bugs.
- Implement best practices for coding, version control, and documentation to ensure the maintainability

and longevity of automation solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on using and maintaining

automation solutions effectively.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of automation processes, making necessary

adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities and promote a

culture of process improvement within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, trends, and industry developments, incorporating

relevant advancements into our automation strategy.
