We are Shera Robotics — the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform with implemented AI and ChatGPT. We have already helped to increase the businesses of more than 350 customers in 4 countries by our combined superpower of software robots and neural networks — and now we want to conquer the Malaysian IT market with the help of the best local sales professionals

**Who are we looking for?**

We want to create a professional sales team of managers with strong expertise and at least 2 years of experience. It is important for us that you know English to communicate with our employees, learn quickly, and have experience in sales through negotiations with company executives. It is also important for us that you quickly understand the specifics of complex IT products: relevant experience is a prerequisite. You will also need to go through a test period before joining us permanently
- 2+ years' experience in managing sales operations
- Knowledge of English required
- Experience in selling complex IT products
- Deep knowledge of sales and account management practices
- Digital native with strong skills in using Microsoft Office Work, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides and digital communication platforms such as Zoom
- Experience in using CRM

**What will you do as our Sales Manager**

Your main task will be to sell our AI solutions to local companies in Malaysia. You will be our trusted representative: you will need to talk about the product, qualify leads, present AI solutions in person if necessary, and help clients make decisions about implementing our products. You will also need to report on the work done, count metrics, and bring clients to the point of sale through correspondence on social networks/messengers

**Salary**: RM64,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
