**As a Product manager for AI**, this is what **you’ll** be doing**:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for our conversational AI services, in alignment with our company strategic objectives and goals, and ethical considerations within the higher education sector.
- Lead, inspire and motivate the team to achieve product and revenue goals, fostering a culture of integrity and championing responsible AI use in the higher educations sector.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather and understand user requirements, translating them into clear product specification and features that drive business value while adhering to ethical and student privacy considerations.
- Collaborate with our Commercial and Client Success teams to develop robust go-to-market strategies and concepts for new products and features, and positioning QS as trusted experts in the sector.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, demands and potential opportunities for conversational AI to help deliver greater value in our products and services.
- Work closely with the development and tech ops teams to design, deelop and maintain conversational AI solutions, components, plugins and environments, ensuring they meet highs tandards of reliability and performance.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of the product performance and KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Conversational AI, Gen AI, and other related technologies, ensuring that our products and services are at the forefront of product innovation and maintaining a competitive edge.
**Personal Requirements to Meet Position Objectives**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent skills in product management, with a proven track record of driving successful product roadmaps, launches and adoption.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of conversational AI and gen AI platforms, such as OpenAI, Dialogflow or others.
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and ability to ensure compliance with ISMS policies and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving product goals and strategic objectives.
- Passion for the higher education sector and a commitment to ethical use of technology and student well-being.
