**Responsibilities**:

- Drive and create the AI agenda in the Strategic Commercial area in creating AI opportunities and roadmap.
- Build Business cases in leveraging AI in the organisation - for example to improve sales results, and how to keep our talent research as a key competence.
- Lead the initiative to incubation, delivery, and evaluation; actively feed learnings back into global initiatives.
- Train, test, and evaluate AI models employing appropriate evaluation metrics.
- Create thought leadership that articulate our perspective on AI & Intelligent Automation in the industry.
- Staying updated with key AI technology and industry trends
- Keep timely records of engagement and progress of our digital platforms and ensure a timely communication flow between all stakeholders.
- Contribute to team efforts to improve the efficiency and excellence of our ERP and other tools through constant improvements to processes and the development of new tools.**Qualifications**:

- Must Have:
- Experience in research and analysis related to AI, relevant certifications.
- Passion for technology and innovation, including an understanding of potential impact of technology on processes, quality, and efficiency.
- Passion of giving solutions and implementing it within organizations.
- Hands-on experience contributing to developing and coordinating initiatives, knowledge management, and helping to turn ideas into tangible action and impact.
- Interacting with executive leaders.
- Experience working in an international or intercultural setting.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
- Good To Have:
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, including creation of visually compelling presentations and materials.
- Proficient with digital platforms
- Knowledge/ understanding of programming languages is required, especially when integrating platforms and internal systems.
- Soft Skills:
- A self-starter with mínimal supervision required. Someone who can work individually within a team environment.
- Good written and spoken English skills and speaks up You should be comfortable in low hierarchy organization.
- Easy going - and comfortable with direct communication among peers.
- To be proactive within the organization and want to do more and experience new projects or tasks.
- Effective communication skills are required to communicate with team members, stakeholders, and end users.
- Ready to question, has a natural habit of sharing knowledge.
- A commitment to collaborative problem solving and product quality is essential.
- Be accustomed and comfortable working within a team-based, experimental agile environment (Scrum Team) that is centric to development.
- Ready for long term commitment.
