Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality products and services.
- Independently negotiate and finalize procurement agreements with suppliers to achieve favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the procurement process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select vendors based on performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the development and management of procurement contracts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5-10 years of proven procurement experience** in a related field, with a track record of successful negotiations and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skilled requirements: - Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, and Ethical Conduct.
- **Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary due to interactions with China.**:

- **Initial months of the project will require travel to Kulai. Once the project is underway and tasks are familiar, the need for travel will be reduced.**:

- **Working location can be Bukit Jalil or Cyberjaya.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
