**Responsibilities**:

- Key Account Management Specialists to identify sales opportunities and cultivate seller relationships.
- To ensure sellers can run their businesses smoothly and effectively on our platform.

- Develop, monitor and manage an assigned portfolio of brands on the platform
- Establish strong relationships with partners, and support their activities on our platform
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for our sellers
- Pitch promotional tools for the platform that will help sellers increase customer traffic and sales
- Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success
- Coach sellers in maximizing yield from our platform, and internal teams on optimal seller support
- Manage Procurement related communication with internal BU/SU/Subsidiaries users
- Monitor Supplier Communication mailbox and ensure all Supplier queries are addressed and responded to daily.
- Guide BU/SU/Subsidiaries Suppliers on how to register and navigate Supplier Portal.
- Continuously update Corporate Procurement - Procure to Pay (P2P) FAQs document based on queries, issues and resolution
- Gather, collate and provide analysis based on Procurement data.
- Assist in preparation of daily/weekly/monthly Procurement reporting for submission to management.
- Strong business judgment backed by analytical mindset and comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
- Problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with international procurement and global sourcing.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Ability to work independently under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent in English, Malay and Mandarin, verbal & written communication skills.
