**Job Title**: Procurement Specialist
**Tenure**: 1-year Contract
**Working Location**: Bukit Mertajam
**Working Hours**: Standard
**Salary**: RM 3000 - RM 3500

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture cooperative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze situations accurately and devise effective courses of action concerning purchasing and product return processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to oversee logistics, inbound shipments, and updates on continuity of supply.
- Issue purchase orders for various goods, services, and materials.
- Proactively manage aged inventory and implement preventive measures to minimize costs.
- Monitor the performance of business partners and ensure the accurate completion of purchasing documentation.
- Communicate lead times and delivery schedules to relevant departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
