**職位描述**
我們的客戶是國際多式聯運物流貨運業的知名企業和產業領導者。該公司主要為客戶提供海運和倉儲服務。現在，他們有機會在位於格拉那再也的業務總部內，讓貨運代理商全能來處理進出口業務的組合。

**主要責任：**
- 與客戶、供應商、海外代理商/辦公室聯絡。
- 協調出口文件要求，包括出口文件的接收和驗證、簽發訂艙確認書。
- 出口貨物登記要求並向海外辦事處/代理商發出預警。
- 協助協調出口收貨/進口交貨。
- 驗證從海外收到的文件，以確保完整性和準確性。
- 向客戶/代理商開立發票並驗證供應商發票以供批准。

**此人**
- 馬來西亞女性，擁有航運或貨運管理文憑資格。
- 擁有 1-2 年貨運代理或物流行業工作經驗。
- 擁有出色的口頭/書面溝通技巧（在本例中為英語）和良好的客戶服務技能。
- 使用電腦系統 Cargowise 的經驗將是一個優勢。
