**Job Responsibility**:

- Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to the property development team
- Ensure timely payment processing and resolve any billing discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum SPM
- Minimum 2 years related working experience
- Able to handle full set account
- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
