- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with general inquiries and providing information about the organization.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees or guests.
- Updating and maintaining databases, records, and files.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintaining communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Supporting other team members with administrative needs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Assisting in various administrative projects and tasks.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
