Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistantor relevant role.
- Multitask and independently manage every task and knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Experience with office management tools and Computer literacy
(MS Office / Excel / Word software, in particular).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.
- Be flexible to handle unexpected changes of schedules, places, or other task. assigned to you. Be open to suggestions from your higher executives and other employees.
- Preferable that have experience in government portal.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
