**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Customer Service Representative - Mandarin Speaker. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It also requires strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

**Role** : Customer Service Representative - Mandarin speaker

**Working hours** : 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (8 hours per day on rotational shift basis)

**Working days** : 5 working days, 2 off days

**Salary Package** : MYR 3000 to MYR 4000 + MYR 500 language allowance

**Location** : Suite 27-11, Level 27, GTower, 199 Jalan Tun Razak (Nearby Ampang Park LRT Station)

**Position Summary**:
**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;
- Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;
- Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent commercial understanding;
- Problem solving;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Independent and customer friendly.
- Experienced with Customer Care, internet and hotel industry;
- Available for changes in shift schedule on a monthly rotation schedule or as business needs require

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
