**Responsibilities**:
**1) Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**
- Manpower planning coordination.
- Recruitment end to end support for assigned positions incl. BU Manpower planning, Talent research, CVs & Phone screening, Interview coordination, Interview as needed, Reference check, Salary proposal, Offer letter preparation; Updating recruitment report and employee master list.
- University/Institution liaison.
- Company Orientation - Materials preparation and meeting coordination
- HRIS and other related system update.

**2) HR Business Partnering Support with guidance by the superior as necessary**
- Grievances handling.
- Performance, misconduct management and coaching to line managers
- Annual Appraisal coordination (BU/Dept).
- Training needs analysis.
- Skills certification management.
- Remuneration market research.
- Employee end-to-end HR support and HRIS update as needed.

**3) Others**
- Improvement projects and special assignments for development.
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior/company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, statistics or any discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Analytical with attention to detail. A problem solver with a resilient mindset.
- Willing to learn and work hard.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Able to base in Phileo Damansara.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
