**Job Scope**:
**Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and develop digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them.

**Online Presence**:

- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Implement SEO Strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across various platforms.

**Social Media**:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms.

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high quality visuals and written content.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and insights for enhancing digital marketing strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Business / Management / Mass Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or similar field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal in English & mandarin.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and project management abilities.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
