**Job Summary**:
**Job Requirements**:

- **Working Location: Subang Jaya**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, related to Food and Beverage operations.
- Coordinate the ordering of food, beverages, and supplies for the department.
- Communicate with supplier & vendor to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.
- Verify invoices and reconcile discrepancies with deliveries and purchases.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory records in the system.
- Support the Food and Beverage team in planning and executing events, meetings, and functions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including catering requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the Food and Beverage department and other departments within the organization.
