Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. According Lepzi global strategy, develop company brand promotion strategies, market development strategies, and channel expansion strategies for Southeast Asia region.
2. Conduct market research on Southeast Asia region, including but not limited on market requirement, competitors, and industry regulations. Provide business insight for product development and market expansion in the Southeast Asia region.
3. Develop annual sales work plan and achieve performance goals, and supervise execution.
4. Develop and manage sales channels, including but not limited on agents and distributors, ensure the achievement of annual sales target.
5. Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously ensure a customer-oriented culture.
6. Communicate and coordinate other related matters in the Southeast Asian region from Lepzi headquarter to ensure efficient operation.
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with the main market characteristics in Southeast Asia region, especially core markets such as Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, background in the IVD industry is a must.
3. Deeply cultivate the Southeast Asian region, with at lease 3 years of experience in channel sales and management.
4. Traceable good performance in the Southeast Asian region.
5. Familiar with the Southeast Asian in vitro diagnostic reagent market, with rich hospital and distributor resources.
6. Proficient in IVD and POCT product knowledge and have a profound understanding of industry development and practices.
7. Excellent communication, coordination, planning organizational skills and good professional.
8. Fluent in English. Other languages are strong assets.
**Salary**: RM5,200.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
