**자격 요건**:

- 한국어에 능통해야 합니다.
- 고객 서비스 또는 관련 분야에서 최소 1년의 경험이 필요합니다.
- 소셜 미디어 플랫폼과 온라인 채팅 도구에 익숙해야 합니다.
- 우수한 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력이 필요합니다.
- 압박하에 일하고 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다.

**Description**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media Chat Support (Korean Speaking). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support via social media chat platforms. You will serve as a brand ambassador, assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns. Strong communication skills in Korean are essential for this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media chat platforms
- Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries
- Monitor social media trends and provide feedback to improve customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to effectively assist customers

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken and written Korean is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
