**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**To responsible for daily administration tasks which include**:

- Cleanliness of office, warehouse and hostel
- Repairing or maintenance of all fixtures and fittings (facilities)
- Manage the procurement of office supplies (stationeries, business card, sundries & equipment)
- Responsible for issuance of memo/ notice to employees, letters related to administration
- Handle travel bookings, i.e., flight/ bus and accommodation
- Assist in staff benefits, i.e., Uniforms, Back to School vouchers, New Born Baby, etc.
- To liaise with any relevant government department & local authorities or other parties on requests
- Handle foreign workers’ administration matters, i.e., FOMEMA
- Other relevant duties and tasks as assigned from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skill (written and verbal) in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to speak and write in CN is an added advantage
- Resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and multitasking.
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and etc.

- 管理办公用品的采购(文具、名片、杂物及设备)
- 负责向员工发放与行政相关的备忘录/通知、信件
- 处理旅行预订,如航班/巴士和住宿
- 办理相关营业执照的申请和续办,即Bomba执照
- 负责水电费的申请及月费的记录
- 协助员工福利,如制服,返校券,新生儿等。
- 根据要求与任何相关的政府部门和地方当局或其他各方保持联系
- 处理外籍工人的行政事务,如FOMEMA
- 其他交办的相关职责和任务

**要求**:

- 候选人必须至少拥有商业研究/商业行政/法律或秘书研究/人力资源管理的文凭/学位或同等学历
- 该职位要求至少1年相关领域工作经验。欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 优秀的马来语和英语沟通能力(书面和口头)
- 具备中文说写能力者优先考虑
- 机智、上进心强,正直,能够独立工作,在最低限度的监督和多任务处理。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel、powerpoint、Outlook等办公软件。

职位类型:全职

薪资: RM1,800.00至RM2,500.00(每月 )
